Fully defrost and remove all packaging. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Pan-Fry
Heat oil to 190°C / 370°F. Fry skin-side ~2 minutes until golden and crisp.
Oven
Preheat to 200°C / 400°F (Gas 6). Roast 25–30 minutes until crisp.
Serve
Rest, then serve with rice or noodles, in a stir-fry, or shredded with sauce.
